Camo Prints Melt On The Nike Zoom Freak 5 “Welcome To Camp”

An outdoorsy spin on the upcoming GS pack's theme.

Camo Prints Melt On The Nike Zoom Freak 5 “Welcome To Camp”

Closing in on their one year anniversary, the Nike Zoom Freak 5 has established a penchant for bright yet explosive patterns that equally mirror Giannis Antetokounmpo’s sense of humor and on-court dominance. That history makes them a perfect fit for Nike’s next summer pack, with the Nike Zoom Freak 5 “Welcome To Camp” exploring some earthy recreational territory.

Taken alongside the also included Nike Ja 1 and Nike LeBron 21 releases, this pair very much stands out from the rest. While those former two embrace the vibrant side of the season, the Nike Zoom Freak 5 instead heads into the wilderness with its viridescent camouflage. An orange Swoosh is partially covered by that liquid pattern, dripping down as it leaks from under the platinum leather up top. Underfoot, all of those shades reappear, with the combination there recalling the indelible “Undefeated” palette. On theme, that camo also evokes hunting gear in its hi-vis orange accents. One final detail hammers home this pair’s “limited edition nature,” with a special “GA34” branded hang-tag dangling from the laces in near dog tag fashion.

The Nike Zoom Freak 5 “Welcome To Camp” is set to arrive on May 25th in GS sizing, with a $110 retail price. Below you can find an official gallery of images to get prepped for their release.
