Nike Debuts The Zoom GT Hustle 3; Data Shows Less Oxygen Required

Debuting as part of Nike: On Air in Paris is the Air Zoom GT Hustle 3, the third iteration of the model of Nike Basketball’s Greater Than series. With data backed by intense analysis by the Nike Sports Research Lab, this upcoming model could help keep you fresher in the fourth quarter. Here’s why.

The Zoom GT Hustle 3 boasts Nike’s latest expression of Air through a basketball lens. The cushioning package combines fore-foot visible Zoom Air stacked with a sewn-in Zoom Air strobel for maximum energy storage and return. During the wear-testing trials, it was concluded by data that the athletes used less amounts of oxygen performing the same workouts in the Zoom GT Hustle 3 compared to the GT Hustle 2. This conversation of energy could amount to longer and/or impactful performance when it counts.

“Nike can definitively say ‘the GT Hustle 3 saves you energy’.”

Nike Basketball’s commitment to women continues beyond its signature athlete business. The Zoom GT Hustle 2 was designed with specific performance insights from women athletes, leading to a softer, more support ride. That continued focus reached into the Nike Sports Research Lab as the experiments for the GT Hustle 3 were women-led from the start; this ensures that the Swoosh is allowing women to lead innovation and creating footwear beyond simple color applications of existing models.

Along with the cushioning package, the GT Hustle 3 features a new Radial Knit material, a new, softer knit that delivers containment in specific zones and more overall breathability.

The Nike Zoom GT Hustle 3 will debut this July as part of the “Blueprint Pack” ahead of the 2024 Olympics Games. More colorways are confirmed to arrive later this year.
