Minty Green Hues Grace The Nike Zoom Vomero 5

The ebbs and flows of modern sneaker trends have been very kind to the Nike Zoom Vomero 5, and upcoming SS24 colorways appear set to keep hype levels high. While the upcoming “Design By Japan” Vomero looks to be a top prize among fans of the model, Nike bridges the gap with a new “Light Silver/Chrome” pair complete with minor yet notable tweaks to the shoe’s typical makeup.

Nike’s official color palette for this pair starts with “Light Silver”, but official images show what amounts to be a heavy use of sage green across the entire shoe. The base, overlays, and TPU structures abide by that shade for a uniform presentation, while the sock lining, outsole, and Swoosh border add contrast in black.

Notably, the silver Swoosh is prized feature taken from the “Chrome” Vomero 5 that dropped in early April, although it appears with a slightly less glossy finish on this pair. Chalked edges add yet another distinctive element, appearing consistently alongside the leather panels towards the toe and quarter to round out the look.

No official release date has been set, but pairs should start arriving retailers within the next few months as spring presses on. In any case, keep an eye on our Sneaker Release Dates page for all the latest updates.
