Though much of Nike ACG‘s appeal comes from its archival oddities and their cult following, the imprint has introduced plenty of impressive styles in their modern history. One of the biggest standouts, the Nike ACG Mountain Fly, continues to roll on as a seasonal spotlight model, taking to “Sail” & “Vapor Green” in its latest look.
A smattering of neutrals sets the tone on this shoe, with a brown sockliner mirrored on lateral ACG branding and speckled on the midsole. Cream hues paint synthetic overlays, and white peeks out from the bottommost layers. That foundation sets up a classic ACG formula, however, with vibrant lavender accents brightening things up down the center and “Vapor Green” adding life in the slightest details on the interior and underfoot. Overall, it’s a palette that dovetails well into the Nike ACG Mountain Fly’s outdoorsy performance intentions without sacrificing any style in the process.
The Nike ACG Mountain Fly 2 Low “Sail/Sanddrift” will release as part of Nike’s Summer ’24 slate. Anticipate a $160 retail price.
