Next year is set to be centered around the Air Jordan 1, celebrating the 40th year on the market for one of the most iconic pieces of footwear in history. However, just below that, Mike’s signature line as a whole will be celebrating that same major milestone, and the release slate for 2025 is already starting to trickle out far ahead of time. The latest piece of the puzzle is the Air Jordan 3 “Diffused Blue,” a suspected collab landing this upcoming Spring.
Longtime readers know the drill: at this stage in the release cycle, the only thing confirmed are the colors used. In this case, it’s a mix of “White/Diffused Blue/Anthracite/Muslin,” leading many to expect some sort of reference to the iconic “True Blue,” but it’s nigh impossible to project final product this early.
On top of the actual colorway, initial reporting points to this being a collab pair. The “SP” acronym adds credence to that idea, that same moniker arriving with scores of previous high-heat pairs (e.g. nearly all Travis Scott shoes get that moniker.) The real eyebrow raising detailing is the final one. There are no immediate brands/creators that come to mind with the initials GH, but it’s possible it could be Gentry Humphrey, the current VP of Jordan Footwear.
The Air Jordan 3 OG SP GH “Diffused Blue” is set to arrive Q1 2025. Catch an additional mock-up look ahead.
