Don’t say that Nike only doles out special touches on hyped pairs. Or on adult’s pairs, for that matter; “Black Croc” accents are the main draw for an upcoming kids’ exclusive Nike Dunk Low, set to launch this Fall.

Presented in reflective fashion, the scaly material is most evident on quarter but wraps around the whole back of the shoe, extending through the heel cup in the process. The level of texture decreases as you work down to the overlays, still sporting some stippled detail as they continue a nocturnal outfit. Finally, entirely matte material marks the foundation, closing out the all-black upper that defines this pair.

The slightest hints of Royal Blue comes with the tongue logos, presenting a similar color scheme to the Air Jordan 11 Low “Space Jam” and the Dunk its motif spawned last decade. Even without ties to the Nike catalog, the color scheme creates a sleek, timeless look all the same.
