The Jordan Spiz’ike Low Mints A GS “Let’s Play!” Edition

Equal parts neutral & expressive.

The Jordan Spiz’ike Low Mints A GS “Let’s Play!” Edition

The Jordan Spizike Low has already received what most hybrid Jordans never do: a warm reception. The low-cut version of the Spike Lee inspired model continues to shine in both the adult and kids market, and the latter is getting a special colorway in hopes of keeping up the momentum. The Jordan Spizike Low “Let’s Play!” mixes up a pastel colorway set to drop this Fall.

Heavy use of pinks & purples on GS pairs is the furthest thing from a new development. What is somewhat novel is the more muted application on this Jordan Spizike Low, opting for a tonal look rather than a vibrant one. Deep purple makes the greatest impact, hitting many of the most borrowed design sections; the Air Jordan 3‘s elephant print, the Air Jordan 4‘s eyestay wings and the Air Jordan 5‘s netting.

The rest of the shoe is primarily handled by neutral beige & off-white notes, but one last bit of pop comes with the peach lace lock. The design rounds out on the sockliner, proudly displaying the “Let’s Play!” moniker that lends this pair its title.

The GS Jordan Spizike Low “Let’s Play” will likely land on Nike.com & select retailers in the coming weeks. Get ready for a $125 MSRP upon arrival.
