The Nike Field General 82 continues to surface in new colorways following its resurrection earlier this year, calling in “Elemental Pink” and “Obsidian” on this latest gum-soled pair for Fall/Winter 2024.

While the archival turf shoe made a welcome return and drew eyes via a Union collaboration in June, recent general release pairs haven’t been met with much demand. However, that’s not necessarily a bad thing. The market for compelling $100-or-less shoes can always use some fresh additions, and given the Field General’s history and rich ties to the gridiron, it lands as a more compelling pick-up than other similarly-priced models.
