While it might not be the most sought-after ASICS shoe – that title goes to the Kayano 14 – it possesses many of the same celebrated Sportstyle qualities and is far more accessible when it come to both availability and price. Now joining several pairs on ASICS’ Fall 2024 docket is a fresh “Fjord Grey” colorway, shown here via official retailer images.
The design relies on contrasting black and “Fjord Grey,” with the outermost layer opting for suede in familiar fashion. Metallic silver leather panels rest below, while the base and tongue are both comprised of black synthetic mesh. A greyscale midsole carries the palette underfoot, while red ASICS logos on the tongue and heel inject a slight sporty feel. All told, it’s another solid essential that lends itself to a wide body of different style preferences.
