The Nike Air Max 2013 doesn’t boast a Y2K aesthetic comparable to the Vomero 5 or other trending tech runners, but recently surfaced colorways suggest Nike’s trying to position it in a similar light.

The last three months have borne vibrant neon looks and chromatic applications, both of which reflect an effort to bring early 2000s hallmarks to the more modern silhouette. This latest grade school pair continues that trend, taken with “Metallic Gold” accents up top.

Official images showcase a black-dominant design, with the heel portion and outermost netting opting for simplicity over flair. The Swoosh and cord eyelets come clad in “Metallic Silver,” while a slightly more oxidized “Infinite Gold” shade settles on the underlays and full-length Air unit down below.

The Air Max 2013 GS “Black/Infinite Gold/Metallic Gold” is available now via Nike for $150; adult sizes are not expected to release at the time of this writing. See official images below and take advantage of our “Where To Buy” section for purchase links if interested.
