The Converse SHAI 001 Starts A “Clean Slate” In Triple White

New year, new me, new you, new kicks. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Converse are ringing in the new year on a clean slate, launching the debut signature model in an all-white colorway reflective of new beginnings.

Don’t you worry, though; it’s the same SHAI 001 that packs a punch on the court–these are merely the latest colorway of what many consider the best new sneaker design of 2025. Keeping to the monochromatic aesthetic, the defending league MVP has opted for that classic “Triple White” look from tongue to sole. This uni-color scheme has been a winning formula for Converse as many of the launches have sold out completely. The lone exception in regards to the color-blocking has been the Christmas edition which threw in touches of green against the festive red body.

If this SHAI 001 “Clean Slate” looks familiar, that’s because the Finals MVP wore this colorway in September during OKC’s Media Day schedule. Now, he and his brand partner are happy to unleash it to the public for the first time.

This latest colorway of the Converse SHAI 001 is set to launch on January 2nd, 2026 for $130; they’ll be available in limited quantities on Converse.com and select retailers, with a wider release confirmed to launch later in the year.
