Nike Adds A Tiny Bit Of Bling On This Women’s Air Force 1

Luxe peripherals for this tonal colorway.

Nike Adds A Tiny Bit Of Bling On This Women’s Air Force 1

Bruce Kilgore’s Air Force 1 remains arguably the defining Nike shoe, and in accordance with that, it’s gotten every category of colorway you can possibly imagine. That leaves little territory untouched by the “Uptown,” and though the upcoming ” White/Sail” look that just hit the ‘net is indeed a brand new shoe, there’s some precedent to its foremost selling points.

As promised in the title, the bedazzled dubrae that sits at the base of the laces is the most notable inclusion, a novel touch that pins mini crystals on chrome, spelling out “AF1” in the process. Moving to the uppers, the shoe utilizes a heavy dose of glittery suede in pale pink, a comprehensive treatment from the heel to the toe. An off-white “Sail” sole and similar tonality on the laces & sockliner round the design out in the margins, those neutral hits ensuring a grounded profile in sum.

The Nike Air Force 1 “White/Sail” releases this Holiday season. Pricing information is unknown at this time; even if a slight premium is attached given the hardware changes here, expect something in the ballpark of $115.
