Following a COMME des GARÇONS collaboration, the first ever Nike Air Max TL 2.5 retro run is poised to ramp up in late 2024 and early 2025. First tipped off in this summer’s SNKRS Showcase live product unveiling, the original “Black/Citron” colorway has emerged via official retailer images.
Coming straight out of the late 2000s, the black-dominant design features electric “Citron” mesh across the wavy side profile. Black and silver material rests above, complete with cut-out windows so as to let the bright accent shade shine through. The midsole also comes painted in black for cohesion, complete with “Citron” within the full-length Air cushioning.
Nike hasn’t set a solid release date yet, but current indications suggest a Spring 2025 arrival. Expect an MSRP of $180 if these are on your wish list.
Turning focus to another newly revived Air Max shoe, the Air Max Sunder continues to surface in new colorways.
