It wouldn’t really be October if we didn’t get hit with at least one all-red Nike shoe. Tinker Hatfield’s Air Max 1 is the model of choice here, delivering a premium overhaul consisting of tasteful material upgrades and ample red paint.

The upper balances between “Gym Red,” “University Red,” and “Light Crimson” treatments, with the quarter and heel paneling appearing darker than their bordering elements. Three factors make for a special release; the base is comprised of horizontal-lined synthetic fabric, the Swoosh features cleat TPU, and the eyestays come in metallic silver. A thick leather mudguard polishes off the top half, while a “Sail” midsole and multicolor outsole polish off the delivery underfoot.

The Air Max 1 “Gym Red/University Red” doesn’t have a solid release date at this juncture, but is likely to hit shelves in late 2024 or early 2025 (potentially around Valentine’s Day). In any case, know that our Kicksfinder widget below and Sneaker Release Dates hub will be kept current with all available info.
