Sneaker News Updated 5:45pm, November 13th, 2024: Jordan Brand athlete and New York Yankees star Jazz Chisholm stopped by Scarr’s Pizza to get pairs of the Air Jordan 3 “Black Cement”. He autographed pairs for fans outside.
Updated 5:00pm, November 13th, 2024: The release began at 5PM ET. Those waiting on line were ushered into the store in small groups to purchase the shoes towards the back dining area of Scarr’s Pizza. On the way out, patrons were treated with a free slice of pizza.
Scarr’s Pizza confirms that they will be releasing the Air Jordan 3 “Black Cement” on November 13th, 2024 beginning at 5PM ET until close. Each purchase will come with a free slice of pizza. As of 2:30pm ET, a line-up of about a dozen people has already formed.

Scarr’s Pizza is looking to “Feed The Streets” with Jordan Brand. Already one of the most-visited eateries in all of downtown NYC, the popular Orchard St. food/culture hub will undoubtedly see a boost in foot traffic on Wednesday, November 13th after they just shared an interesting flyer in partnership with the Jumpman.
Featuring the pizzeria’s storefront covered in the iconic elephant print and the words “BLACK CEMENT” on the door, this “Feed The Streets” flyer is clearly centered around the upcoming release of the Air Jordan 3 “Black Cement”, one of the year’s most sought-after sneakers. While the Black Cement 3s aren’t officially dropping until November 23rd, this “Feed The Streets” event could involve the hot sneaker release to some capacity with a focus on on nourishing the downtown NYC community.
Either way, Scarr’s Pizza seems like the place to be (more than usual) this Wednesday, although official details have not been shared. Stay tuned.
