Bodega Is Releasing Their F&F ASICS GEL-Kayano 20

It’s been another busy year for frequent collaborative face Bodega, highlighted by their standout ASICS GEL-Kayano 20 collaboration, “Small Wins Add Up.” With the holiday season inspiring feelings of togetherness and unity, the Boston retailer is getting the go-ahead to unleash a limited number of an alternate colorway devised during the creation of that pair — and its release is coming sooner than you might expect.

The lime green trim from the first edition remains the propellant for this shoe, but this F&F/beta variation tints down the upper to more collected tones of khaki and beige. Bodega includes two sets of official images highlighting the two lace options you’ll have upon receipt,While the “Small Wins Add Up Theme” of infusing your everyday hustle with new energy was well-communicated by the original, the sheer contrast between the earthy tones that take up most of the shoe’s real estate and the verdant tonality at the sockliner further casts that into stark relief.

The Bodega ASICS GEl-Kayano 20 alternate releases on December 27th via the bdgastore.com site, dropping precisely at 12 PM EST and doled out on an FCFS basis. Drilling in the community and holiday spirit aspect, the retailer is including a bag of Vietnamese Coffee from Nguyen Coffee Supply and a custom Stanley mug with each pair.
