Sneaker News At one point a signal of a unique, limited-edition product, the miniature Swoosh on the forefoot of Air Max 1‘s mudguard has since spread its wings onto a wider range of the model’s catalog.
The tiny check was only found on collaborations from the likes of atmos and Patta, but Nike has utilized it in such a way that its premium cuts now boast the detail. For 2025, the Swoosh is getting even more lenient with the touch as it appears on this upcoming women’s colorway as part of the Spring 2025 line-up.
This “Bold Berry” take approaches the classic OG colorblocking of the Sport Red version, with the purple-ish hue touching the suede mudguard, Swoosh logo, and branding on the tongue and heel. The mainstay Neutral Grey appears on the quarter and heel, while the classic white sport mesh appears on the tongue. The only differentiator is the shrunken Swoosh that sits at the outer toe.
This women’s release is expected to drop during the first quarter of 2025 alongside a few other colorways.
