Florida A&M is ringing in the new year with a fresh batch of LeBron PEs. The HBCU, which inked a six-year deal with Nike focused on LeBron James shoes and uniforms in 2021, recently shared images of four new options for players to trot out.
The LeBron 22 and takedown NXXT Gen AMPD are both outfitted in “home” and “away” colorways here, swapping between white and green-dominant looks in lockstep with the Rattlers’ uniforms. The LeBron 22s are outfitted with buttery nubuck uppers and tasteful pops of orange on the midsole Swoosh and King James logos. Pebbled leather sets the tone on the NXXT Gen AMPDs, with all four pairs coming with the school’s rattlesnake logo on the tongue.
Nike released a set of likeminded FAMU LeBron 7s in 2023, but unlike that delivery, this latest quartet isn’t expected to drop publicly. Our Sneaker Release Dates page contains information on upcoming LeBrons you can actually get your hands on.
