“Dried Apricot” Coats A Syrupy New Balance 2002R

Unquestionably, the two most popular models at the moment for the Boston brand are the New Balance 9060 and New Balance 1906R, the latter spawning a host of offshoots that continue to hit the market in 2025. Though there’s been an increased push behind the New Balance 1000, third in that conversation is likely still the New Balance 2002R, still as sturdy a silhouette as you’ll find in the lifestyle vertical.

A “Dried Apricot” colorway is the latest look for the model, combining with “Infield Clay” for an eye-grabbing combination of oranges on the shoe’s top notes. One layer beneath, steely “Dark Olivine” keeps this pair in grounded territory, as does the hits of off-white on the midsole. Again, while the New Balance 2002R may have stumbled from its position as one of the true hyped models coming out of Boston, accessible looks like this continue to make strong arguments to enter the Spring rotation.

The New Balance 2002R “Dried Apricot” is available now via NewBalance.com, retailing for $145. Hit the “Where To Buy” links included ahead to grab yours.
