Tasteful “Photo Blue” Accents Land On This Black And White Nike Pegasus 2K5

Nike’s revival of the Pegasus 2K5 has been a much needed win for the Beaverton brand. The 2005-born runner made its way back to shelves in early 2024 and has since assumed an important role in the Nike catalog; providing another retro running style alongside the Vomero 5. It’s now a frequent sight on city streets and social media all the same, and that doesn’t look to change as we delve deeper into 2025.

Coming soon to nike.com is this black and white edition featuring tasteful pops of “Photo Blue,” with the accent color making small yet impactful cameos on the Swoosh logos, midsole, and interior side of the tongue. The high-contrast black and white pairing heightens focus on some of the shoe’s defining retro qualities, namely the ribcage-inspired leather panel that wraps both sides. Underfoot, a “Sail” midsole rounds out the delivery with a pre-aged aesthetic.

Expect these to crop up via Nike and retailers during the Spring 2025 shopping season (before the end of March) for the usual $150 shelf price. If you’re after something else, our Sneaker Release Dates contains info on countless other pairs arriving in 2025.
