Original article published January 29th, 2025: There’s no “blokecore” without adidas. The German footwear giant has had a strong presence around the pitch since its inception, and while soccer fans in the UK and beyond have long stayed loyal to the Three Stripes, the past few years have seen an even larger widespread adoption of terrace classics.

The sport of soccer is at the heart of every adidas Samba, but some embrace their heritage more than others. This latest two-pack goes all-in with a slew of sporty modifications, currently rolling out now via retailers.

Both colorways opt for black and white patent leather, allowing the focus to lie on the hardware changes. For one, the t-toe overlays are removed and replaced by curved stitching on both sides of the toe, echoing the look of era-appropriate boots. The shared design also incorporates elongated foldable tongues, and the heels feature added overlay just above the midsole.

These are available now via select retailers and will release broadly via adidas.com in the very near future. Budget for an MSRP of $110 if you’re considering picking up a pair.
