Despite its mass popularity as the go-to sneaker for the mainstream, the Mid-cut AJ1 was always viewed as the “red-headed step-child” of the family tree.
But we digress. The Air Jordan 1 Mid of the modern age isn’t meant for the group currently clamoring over pairs of the Air Jordan 1 High ’85. It’s strictly directed towards the cool mall moms, and over the years its grown to be a fixture at the top of the casual lifestyle charts.
