Andrew Rizzo Now that we’ve entered 2025, Nike Vapormax superfans are undoubtably looking forward to seeing a successor to the Vapormax Flyknit 2023. The Beaverton brand has released a new Vapormax model every two years since the cushioning technology’s inception in 2017, however, we’ve yet to see images of the anticipated 2025 model surface at the time of this writing. For now, the Vapormax Flyknit 2023 is holding down the fort with new colorways for Spring 2025, this “College Grey/Racer Blue” edition being the latest.
If you’re among the many Vapormax Flyknit 2023 devotees, the color blocking should hardly come as a surprise. Monochrome “College Grey” accounts for bulk of the Flyknit upper, save only for subtle “Racer Blue” accents, while the full-length Vapormax sole unit lends a slight blue tint.
For what it’s worth, the Vapormax Flyknit 2023 first emerged in early February before rolling out a few months later. That’s to say Nike isn’t behind schedule when it comes to a new model for 2025, granted we’ve yet to hear confirmation of its existence. The next few months will be telling, and we’ll be here to dissect it all.
Steering focus back to the model at hand, the Vapormax Flyknit 2023 “College Grey/Racer Blue” retails for $210 and will be available in men’s sizes during the Spring 2025 shopping season.
