Sneaker News A new Nike Zoom Vomero 5 colorway has arrived, boasting a high-contrast color-blocking that pairs opposing shades of earth tones.
Featuring a mix of Desert Khaki, Light Orewood Brown, and a Dark Pony Brown, the Swoosh color team opts for a bit of a hiking aesthetic typically found in gorp-centric brands. The reddish brown is seen on the midsole, plastic heel cage, and the mid-foot casing, while the Desert Khaki his the suede overlays. Black fills in the interior, Swoosh, and midsole that skews towards an “Escape” look seen on the recent re-release of the Air Force 1 classic.
Typically, we’d expect a colorway like this on the outdoor-friendly Zoom Vomero 5 Roam, but clearly the color package fits well with the original parent model.
