Moreover, with Nike planning to release early player-exclusives like the “Mowabb” and “Neon” Book 1, the brand’s PE-first strategy is looking more and more like a shrewd marketing move.
The Nike Book 1 “97005” PE, worn by Booker in a dub against the Chicago Bulls on Saturday, utilizes the same snakeskin-heavy build as the ultra-limited orange pair that marked the model’s debut. The color is changed from orange to faded pink, with stitched text reading “97005” for the Beaverton zip code appearing at the top of the toe box.
