Matt Varga KidSuper and founder Colm Dillane have a collab backlog that can go toe-to-toe with the best of them; institutions like BAPE, the NBA, Canada Goose, and Louis Vuitton have all embraced the wunderkind at some point in the past several years. However, over that same span Herzogenaurach has been his home base outside of his own branded releases, linking up on multiple occasions for various PUMA KidSuper collections.
As they join up for their first dual effort in 2025, PUMA’s push on retro soccer is getting Dillane’s spin, following up a mainline (re)introduction of the King Indoor with a possible preview of another bring-back via the PUMA Indoor proper. Either one carries a ton of retro on-pitch appeal as a silhouette, furthering their archival atmosphere with cohesive distressed touches across either shoe.
For the cerulean-shaded King Indoor, the KidSuper design language is applied in abstract fashion: their iconic face print pops in color-blocked detailing on the outsole. In contrast, the Indoor executes a decidedly off-speed delivery for the brand, carrying a neutral profile with a denim upper and terry cloth interior.
The KidSuper x PUMA King Indoor and PUMA Indoor are expected to release on March 10th via partnering retailers, listed via select outlets with $133 and $123 retail prices, respectively.
