The energy surrounding Foams is surely at an all-time high, which Nike hopes to cash in on with the upcoming Black/Volt Foamposites dropping in mid-March.
These recent resurgence has motivated Foamposite collectors and hoarders of all things rare to come forward with some unique pieces that rarely see the light of day. Case in point: this “Bronze Cough Drop” sample from 2011, revealed by Index Portland.

This unreleased sample appears to have the translucent red outsole from 2010’s “Cough Drop” Foamposites, while the upper had a unique shade that appears like a blend of grey and olive to emanate a bronze-like finish. In fact, it closely resembles the “Metallic Pewter” colorway from 2011.
