adidas’ $350 Made In Italy Gazelle Goes All Brown

A second step for the opulent spin-off.

adidas’ $350 Made In Italy Gazelle Goes All Brown

Designer-minded products are clearly a focus point for the Three Stripes in 2025. Beginning with the A-TYPE sub-brand, rolled out with a full complement brand ambassadors and containing (among other things) an $800 Superstar, the adidas Gazelle Made In Italy was the next step. Itself a continuation of similarly branded Samba from 2024, the all-black edition now gives way to an all-brown Made In Italy Gazelle beginning to surface via global channels.

In contrast to the two-tone colorways and experimental materials seen on the Samba as last year came to a close, it’s been only tonal looks for the Gazelle, now draped in genuine all-brown. The justification behind this choice is obvious, tapping into the traditional looks of Italian-made formal wear. While the souped-up sole unit is the most significant aspect in transforming the football icon into a dress shoe, don’t sleep on the hardware, utilizing locally sourced leather. Whether that justifies the price tag in your mind is a matter of opinion, but those motivated to add these to their rotation should truly feel the difference in-hand.

As mentioned up top, the adidas Gazelle Made In Italy “Brown” retails at $350. Expect it to come to adidas.com in short order — keep tabs on the launch as it nears closer via our Sneaker Release Dates landing page.
