Mini-Swooshes Are Coming To The Nike Air Max 95

The full court press for the '95 icon sweeps up new branding.

Mini-Swooshes Are Coming To The Nike Air Max 95

If you’re an Air Max 95 aficionado, you’ve likely seen us make this point very recently, but it bears repeating. It really is astounding how quickly we’ve gone from totally in the dark on the shoe’s 30th anniversary celebration into knee-deep in retro “big bubble” colorways. The sheer deluge of fresh looks has made for a quick news cycle, with fresh spins the brand is putting on the venerated silhouette quickly coming into focus. For the “Cool Grey” Air Max 95 at hand, it’s a branding twist, set to debut in the coming months.

The overall palette leans into the silhouette’s well-established strengths, pasting slight “Psychic Blue” accents onto a steely “Cool Grey” profile. The main piece of intrigue, however, is a creatively placed “mini Swoosh,” an embroidered addendum on the top of the shoe. There, we get evidence of a further textural shift on the sidewall waves; fabric greets the top layer to match with the tongue, while a waveform pattern manifests on the slice one below. From there, the shoe returns to the typical synthetic formula we’ve seen on many of these 2025 editions, executing a classic greyscale gradient in the process.

Look for the Nike Air Max 95 “Cool Grey/Psychic Blue” to hit Nike channels and partnering retailers sometime in the Summer/Fall window. We’re still parsing out the MSRP on this run of AM95 pairs, but expect something in the $180 to $190 range. Check out official images below and hit our Sneaker Release Dates hub for further updates as this colorway nears closer.
