Nike Mints A “Vapor Green” Air Max 1 For Spring

Following a four-colorway capsule with Supreme, Nike is keeping the Air Max 1 in the headlines with a series of “Low Poly” releases inspired by retro video games, including Donkey Kong Country, Tomb Raider, and GoldenEye 007. While far less notable by comparison, the Beaverton brand is also stocking shelves with a plethora of GRs. This “Vapor Green” colorway makes use of “Sport Red” color blocking, available now via nike.com in men’s sizing.

Taking note from the model’s OG colorway, the sneaker features a “Summit White” base and “Photon Dust” suede panels over the quarter and heel. The titular “Vapor Green” hue appears on a leather mudguard and Swoosh, also touching up the tongue tag, heel branding, upper eyestay, and outsole in according with OG blocking. The only real divergence comes within the visible Air bubble, where “Vapor Green” is utilized as opposed to white. The materials, meanwhile, don’t align with those of the “Sport Red.”

The “Summit White/Vapor Green” Air Max 1 is available now in men’s sizing on the Nike website, carrying the usual $140 retail price. Our “Where To Buy” section below contains purchase links.
