Crocs Enters The Ballerina Shoe Game With The Terre Ballet Core

From high-fashion runways down to the brands we track daily, ballet pumps are proving to be the “it shoes” for spring and summer. Led notably by Bad Bunny’s adidas Ballerina collaboration, brands like adidas, PUMA, Salomon, have all hopped on the ballerina core wave with their own ballet-inspired footwear. Now introducing another effort from an unlikely source, Crocs is coming for its piece of pie with a new model called the Terre Ballet Core.

Placed at the intersection of ballet shoes and “gorpcore” footwear, the Terre Ballet Core stands out with a rugged cage-like sole that creeps up around the midfoot and heel. Elastic material makes up the inner bootie portion, taken with a large forefoot cutout and shimmery leather panels on both sides. One colorway suits up in feminine shades of pink, silver, and off-white, while its counterpart takes a more neutral approach in sage green, dark silver, and black.

The Crocs Terre Ballet Core is scheduled to release broadly on April 17th, but CNCPTS appears to have pairs in-stock early. See our “Where To Buy” sections below for purchase links.
