Coming soon to Nike.com in women's sizing.

The Air Jordan 1 Brooklyn Low Flares A “Light Madder Root” Platform

The Air Jordan 1 Brooklyn enterprise first began as a sky high reimagining of Mike’s first signature, but as with many of the products in the Nike, Inc. enterprise, shortening the model has opened up a new lane.

As we’ve mentioned in plenty of our previous coverage around this shoe, certainly this isn’t a shoe that’ll sneak up on anyone even as it sacrifices a ton of collar height. Much of that owes to the exaggerated platform sole underfoot, only amplified with a bottom/half visual split seen in this “White/Light Matter Root” colorway. What that palette does accomplish is tying the shoe into earthy boot heritage without sacrificing the statement appeal that white leather provides, adding some extra flash with the “Metallic Silver” interruptions at the toe and heel.

As GR product, there’s no concrete date for the Air Jordan 1 Brooklyn Low “Light Madder Root.” Instead, be ready for this pair to populate Nike.com and retail shelves in the coming weeks, retailing for $155. Check in to our Jordan Release Dates page over that span to be the first to know when this shoe becomes available.
