Combining the proven principles of Hyperice’s recovery products with Nike’s never-ending thirst for creating innovative footwear, the Hyperboot is a crucial meeting point of sport. Athletes today rely on the right footwear for in-game performance followed by post-game therapy to relieve tension and soothe sore muscles for the next game. Together, Hyperice and Nike offer the first-ever recovery sneaker that could shape the future of recovery.
First introduced last Summer during the 2024 Olympics and officially unveiled back in April 2025, the Nike Hyperboot is a fully mobile high-top sneaker device that can be worn casually like any other sneaker. This allows for athletes to stay in motion and/or on their feet while taking advantage of the heating capabilities as well as the Normatec dynamic air compression.

The Hyperboot is laceless and instead features a wrap-like cover to lock down the feet via a fabric adhesive. The shoes are powered by battery and can be charged via a power block; users can choose from three levels of heat and compression using a Bluetooth connection with the Hyperice app, or via the manual buttons located on the heel of the shoes.
Official Specs
Heat temperatures: Level 1 = 111°F (44°C)/Level 2 = 118°F (48°C)/Level 3 = 125°F (52°C).
Normatec compression levels: Level 1 = 50 mmHg/Level 2 = 130 mmHg/Level 3 = 210 mmHg.
Battery life: 1–1.5 hours on max heat/compression.
Nike return policy is 60 days. One year warranty is through Hyperice only.
The shoes will be available on May 17th, 2025 for $899 on Nike.com, Hyperice, and on DICK’S Sporting Goods; see the official Where To Buy section below to secure your pair on the launch day.
