It’s hard to mess up the Nike Air Force 1 Low, often buoyed by sheer ubiquity and classic construction. Conversely, it can often be tough for any given colorway to break the mold, largely owed to the sheer quantity of new looks that hit the shelves every passing year. For our money, the camo Nike Air Force 1 Low at hand manages to do that, breaking down the door with a double-barreled mix of woodsy prints and contrast shades.
Though the logline for this shoe might conjure up an eye-popping configuration, in practice it’s a bit more restrained than you may imagine. Much of that comes from the earthy blend of light olive at the base and a pale gum sole underfoot, clearing space for the louder touches above. It’s not exactly patent leather, but the overlays utilize glossy materials to pair with its camoflage patterns, contrasted strongly by a bright pink Swoosh and liner. Taken altogether, it’s another moment where the streetwear aesthetic of the 2000s is in focus, something that Beaverton has continued to gesture at with pairs like the Lil Yachty Air Force 1 Low or the inline “Knicks” pack.
Included below are detailed shots of this Nike Air Force 1 Low, likely landing at retailers and on NDC in the near future without much advance notice. A MSRP of $125 is expected.
