Shoe Palace Honors The Los Angeles Fire Department With Retailer-Exclusive Jordan Flight Court

In Los Angeles, the road to recovery following January’s wildfires has been a full-fledged community effort. From mom and pop shops to the Academy Awards, countless local institutions have played a role in helping rebuild what was tragically destroyed. For its part, California-based sneaker chain Shoe Palace is aiding the relief effort with a special bomber jacket and retailer-exclusive Jordan Flight Court.

Inspired by the brave men and women of the Los Angeles Fire Department, it’s the details that make for a truly special pair. Metallic gold lace dubraes featuring red “Flight Dept” text are included, complemented by a hangtag featuring “23” and Shoe Palace’s founding year. The sneaker itself appears mostly in white suede, with blue and red hits showing up on the lining and upper eyelets, respectively. Shoe Palace is also dropping a quilted bomber jacket featuring “Flight Department” and a series of matching patches, shown below on an actual LA fireman. A portion of bomber jacket sales will go to victims of the LA wildfires.

Shoe Palace’s Jordan Flight Court will be available exclusively through the chain’s physical locations as well as shoepalace.com on Friday, June 13th. Catch detailed images of the sneaker and accompanying jacket below.
