Andrew Rizzo What else is there to say about the Nike Air Max 95 at this point? It’s been banger after banger for the model’s 30th anniversary in 2025, with retro releases and compelling new styles spelling danger for the wallets of 110 diehards. With the 4th of July on the horizon, we’ve uncovered a patriotic new “big bubble” entry featuring a ton of different materials.
Off-white shades of “Pale Ivory/Light Khaki/Sail” loom over pretty much the entire sneaker, save for only a handful of areas. The outsole and insoles come in navy blue, as does the “Nike Air” branding on the spine. Fulfilling a subtle yet still patriotic mix, blue and “University Red” treatments land on the Swooshes and tongue logos. As for the material variety, the tongue and upper portion drop their usual nylon and mesh for rugged canvas. The sidewalls feature suede, tumbled leather, and smooth leather, complemented by more tumbled leather on the toe cap and tongue overlay. We’re getting some major 70s/80s sports vibes from this pair; a familiar aesthetic Nike has explored time and again across its various Air Max silos.
The Nike Air Max 95 “Pale Ivory/Light Khaki/Sail/University Red” is currently queued up for Fall 2025 release through nike.com and retailers. Expect to pay $190 if these are a must.
