Nike Hits 2024 Lottery Picks Reed Sheppard And Rob Dillingham With GT Cut 3 Turbo PEs

The NBA Finals are drawing to a later-than-expected conclusion (particularly if you were part of the wide majority with a “Thunder in 5” pick), yet we won’t have to wait very long to see another major milestone in the league calendar. The 2025 Draft will follow just a matter of days following the series’ last game, but Nike is celebrating some 2024 picks ahead of the new crop’s debut.

An uber-popular choice for pro hoopers, the Nike GT Cut 3 Turbo already leveraged player exclusives for its rollout, with a separate Jrue Holiday PE reportedly coming to the public later this summer and Jordan Poole having dropped a make-up of the parent GT Cut 3 earlier.

However, there’s no doubt that bringing the silhouette to the Timberwolves and Rockets impending sophomores is a smart play to help freshen the pool of PE athletes, additionally issuing them signature logos in the process. For Rob Dillingham, it’s a flip on a gear shift, alluding to his “Rob Wit Da Shifts” nickname ad displaying it as an alternate working in a RB4 moniker. Sheppard’s is more easily understood, copping Air Jordan 11 style text for a vertical “REED” spell-out.

In similar fashion, the GT Cut 3 Turbo “Reed Sheppard” is immediately evident as a nod to his Houston Rockets squad, tying in fiery red on the Swoosh and embedded on the midsole alongside silvery tones through the upper. In contrast, the Rob Dillingham edition of the GT Cut 3 Turbo is far flashier, carrying the same color-blocking yet instead opting for neon pink and metallic gold.
