His line being big business goes hand-in-hand with that status, and the brand’s “Team” colorways of his models is proof, aiming to kit out squads of all shapes and sizes with “1 of 1” style. The “Team Bank” endeavor now makes its way onto the PUMA MB.04 Lo, set to release in four simply shaded colorways.
We take great care to use that specific phrasing, as anyone with basketball shoes knowledge should readily realize that things are always attention-grabbing when it comes to the Hornets superstar. Though easily digestible from a distance, you’ll see serious detail and visual depth if you look deeper into each. For the black, intergalactic “Dark Amethyst” flair seeps into the mix with iridescent finishes on the tongue, while the white cooks up hazy streaks of white within the upper. Though built on primary colors, the “Green Glare” and “Ultra Blue” make heavy use of hi-vis shades in doing so, with the latter’s use of aquamarine down the throat of the shoe particularly effective.
The PUMA MB.04 Lo “Team Bank” is listed via select retailers for a July 1st release date, but we’ll wait for official word from PUMA to confirm. Upon arrival, expect a $115 retail price in adult sizing and a $100 sticker price for Grade School pairs.
