While we’re currently enjoying summer’s peak in our corner of the world, we’re already getting first looks at autumn-appropriate Nikes anticipated for later down the line. Following a barrage of Air Force 1s like a newly-uncovered camo colorway, the Vomero 5 is charting its path in rugged “Olive Flak” makeup.
The “Olive Flak” hue appears on suede overlays from heel-to-toe, also settling on the cage at the quarter of both sides. Bright “Picante Red” accents on the Swoosh, tongue tag, and insoles bring these to life, fulfilling a nostalgic hiking shoe vibe akin to that of Nike ACG footwear. The base, heel counter, and entire sole unit appear in black, while workwear-like laces make for a compelling finishing touch.
