At this point it’s fair to call the debut of the New Balance 2000 a resounding success. Every release thus far has sold out pretty much instantly – a testament to the clever guerilla marketing the Boston brand unleashed in the model’s lead-up. Here we have official images of the “Rose Sugar” colorway spotted in São Paulo a few months back, set to land during the Fall 2025 shopping window.

The New Balance 2000 is rooted in the Y2K era, meaning colorways reminiscent of that time frame’s playful design aesthetic are a perfect match. We saw it with the model’s inaugural “Stillwater Blue,” and now we see it here. A “Rose Sugar” gradient base is paired with soft pink synthetic overlays, complemented by glittery ABZORB pods and “Burgundy” accents underfoot.

The New Balance 2000 “Rose Sugar” is expected to hit newbalance.com during the Fall 2025 shopping season, meaning before the end of September at the latest. Expect unisex sizes and an MSRP of $170 if you’re interested.
