Nike Strikes A Red Gradient On The Total 90 III

Gum soles make an appearance underfoot.

The Nike Total 90 III is embracing a whole slew of different design themes, including Y2K-appropriate metallic looks, distressed styles, and for our purposes, gradient colorways featuring the beloved brown gum outsole. Following detailed images of a “Sprite” do-up we’ve uncovered a “Black/University Red” colorway factoring into Nike’s Fall 2025 catalog.

A “University Red” toe gives way to a glossy black heel on the lateral side, joined together by a hazy grey color around the quarter. The medial panel, meanwhile, keeps things simple in solid black leather with white “90” branding. White Swoosh logos on the toe and lateral side round out the highlights up top, while brown gum outsoles make for a compelling finish underfoot.
