The Air Jordan 1 Mid Picks Up “Redstone” For The Holidays

Beaverton is checking their lists far ahead of time.

The Air Jordan 1 Mid Picks Up “Redstone” For The Holidays

As one of Jordan Brand’s most populous products, we’ve seen the Air Jordan 1 Mid take on seemingly every color combination possible. Even as the silhouette marches into wilder blends to mark off territory it hasn’t yet visited, some remain steady options for a reason. Though the bulk of the holiday season is still months away, it’s all we can think of with the pair at hand, a variation of the Air Jordan 1 Mid in “Redstone” and “Midnight Green.”

Indeed, anytime red and green are featured as heavily as they are on this pair, a Yuletide aesthetic becomes the most obvious touchpoint. For this application, the two colors apply in “Black Toe” blocking, a touch that allows an OG air to permeate this pair despite its novel hues. That remains true as you hit a white wings logo and leather foundation, either a touch that drives home the ceremonial atmosphere or cements this shoe as an easily-worn year-rounder, depending on your interpretation of this colorway.

As a true GR, the Air Jordan 1 Mid “Redstone” will likely populate Nike.com sometime in the coming weeks without much advance warning. Prepare for a $115 MSRP if you’re planning on picking it up — we’ll keep this article and our Jordan Release Dates landing page updated as more info surfaces.
