Sneaker News This Holiday 2025 season, Jordan Brand will release a premium selection of Air Jordan 11 releases unlike the usual offerings for the winter season. Finally, a first look has been revealed.
Typically presented in its iconic patent leather form, the XI will see a unique treatment via suede uppers and metallic Jumpman hardware to inject even more elegance to the already stately Air Jordan model. Although the initial reports of this release arrived way back in May of this year, we’ve finally got a first look at one of the three styles.
Although the image is crude and doesn’t show the entire picture (literally), this photo below shared by @xcprovide helps us set some expectations regarding what to anticipate with this trio of releases. Monochromatic suede uppers are joined my metallic logo hardware (see the Jumpman at the heel), while the midsole and translucent outsole stays consistent the Jordan 11’s original appeal. The photo below is not of a pair, but just one shoe joined by its mirror image to appear like a pair.
For the well-informed, experienced Air Jordan fans, the Holiday season is when the Air Jordan 11 shines. For those newer to the game, here’s a quick rundown: Since 2008, Jordan Brand has appointed the final quarter of the year as the landing spot for the highly popular model. The incredible history and unmatched beauty of the sneaker was enough to carry the silhouette, but times have changed as the XI model no longer held the same mythical status.
This Holiday season, Jordan Brand will release the Air Jordan 11 “Gamma Blue” on December 13th, 2025. On or around that date, the Jumpman will launch this trio of premium Air Jordan 11s; release dates have not yet been confirmed, nor has the distribution. According to @zsneakerheadz, it is possible that the shoes will be city exclusives (one colorway launching exclusively at one city). More details to come on our Jordan Release Dates page.
