Not all bring-backs are made equal. While a sizable chunk of sneaker collecting as a hobby hinges on which Retro releases the Jumpman has in store, their more accessible, lifestyle efforts for the end of 2025 and beyond hinge on a different category entirely. In addition to the Trunner LX proper, Beaverton is spreading the Trunner vertical, the first shoes to carry Mike’s name without being specifically tooled for the hardwood, into more far-reaching directions for the coming months.

Front and center in that crop is the Jordan Trunner O/S, something Sneaker News got an advance look at. Though a novel invention, evidenced by its on-trend build of a suede mudguard, mesh underpinnings, and a molded sole, the Trunner history is still front and center, chiefly with the wrap-around TPU cage. of the ones we laid eyes on, the “Psychic Blue” colorway at hand was among the most eye-catching, threading the needle between the neutral tones that you’ll so often see within “retro colors” and sportier, vibrant shades that we know and love from Jordan Brand.
