atmos x Salomon XT-4 “Stars Collide II” Revealed

Updated November 11th, 2025: A first look at the atmos x Salomon XT-4 “Stars Collide II” has been revealed; currently, a release date has not yet been established by the Japanese retailer, so stay tuned.

Salomon and Japanese boutique atmos are dropping a sequel to their first-ever sneaker collaboration.

As you might recall, the two brands first joined forces on an XT-6 dubbed “Stars Collide” in 2023, outfitting that model in a dusky dark blue and metallic silver colorway with star graphics across the mudguard. For December 2025, the two parties turn their focus to the XT-4 silhouette — arguably Salomon’s most popular model right up there with the XT-6. The overarching blue and silver palette remains in play, while small crystals across the upper evoke the look of a clear night sky. Official images should allow for a more in-depth design breakdown in the near future, but importantly, atmos creative head Hirofumi Kojima notes that this is the GORE-TEX version of the XT-4 and thus suitable for tackling rain, snow, and any conditions you might encounter.

The atmos x Salomon XT-4 GORE-TEX “Stars Collide II” releases December 2025, likely only in Asia. We’ll update our coverage once more comprehensive images come to light.
