Official Images Of The Nike KD 18 “Halloween”

Kevin Durant may be in the back nine of his illustrious career, but it isn’t even close to time to turn the lights out on the MVP. Both on-court and in the realm of footwear, KD has plenty of time to add clips to his highlight reel, something well exemplified by the Nike KD 18 “Halloween.”

In the time since its unofficial reveal, Durant has had plenty of opportunity to put his stamp on this spooky edition. In his first media day as a Houston Rocket, he donned the stealthy pair, going further in saying it’s among his favorite editions of his 18th signature shoe in media appearances shortly after. It’s hard to say our reaction is any different, making excellent use of skeletal aesthetics with a bony hand creeping on the Terra Humara-style cage that defines the model. Further, these official shots elucidate the glow-in-the-dark aspect of this colorway, lighting up that aforementioned detail, the Swoosh, and the outsole.

The Nike KD 18 “Halloween” drops on October 21st alongside its partners in the Swoosh’s holiday efforts: the Nike Book 1 “Scorpion,” the Nike Ja 3 “Halloween,” and the Freak 7 “Halloween.” This pair clocks in with a $170 retail price. Catch official shots below.
