First Look At The Nike Book 1 “Aurora”

Updated October 24th, 2025: Official images of the Nike Book 1 “Aurora” have surfaced ahead of the scheduled November 7th release date. An MSRP is set at $145.

WHERE TO BUY

Devin Booker will headline a new era of Suns basketball, the squad in Arizona now almost entirely rebuilt in the wake of a less-than-stellar era centered around Kevin Durant and, later, Bradley Beal. Though from an X’s and O’s standpoint, the multi-time All-Star will no doubt have to face some growing points, he’ll be able to find some comfort in the Nike Book 1, a silhouette he’ll rock in a frankly unprecedented third straight season. Luckily, the overwhelming number of colorways that continue to hit the wire ensures things don’t get stale, adding another option with the just-revealed Nike Book 1 “Aurora.”

Given just how many editions of Devin’s signature we’ve seen to date, we can draw comparisons between already released versions and the one at hand. More granularly, this registers as almost a halfway point between the Suns-specific Book 1 “Court Purple” and the nature-inspired Book 1 “Night,” pulling “Wild Grape” overtones in accordance with the former and the iridescent detailing that the latter introduced.

This also marks a moment where the compositional versatility of the Book 1 is on full display, as this “Aurora” look shifts to mesh exteriors to contrast its synthetic collar and Swoosh. Take that in the context of suede, leather, snakeskin, fabric, or denim pairs we’ve seen before, and it’s an instance where the overall simplistic construction of the silhouette becomes one of its greater assets.

Retail calendars have the Nike Book 1 “Aurora” listed for a November 7th release — expect a $145 MSRP upon arrival. Catch an in-hand look below and keep watch over this drop via our Sneaker Release Dates page.
