Born in the French Alps, the brand has transformed from a snow and ski imprint into a full-on lifestyle powerhouse, notching $300 million in sales from that category alone last year. With the brand now holding an equally strong presence at shops like REI and the world’s most high-end sneaker boutiques, a new retail location in one of Los Angeles’ most fashionable shopping districts feels like a natural next step.
Located at 8620 Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, this is Salomon’s first-ever store on the West Coast — its fourth overall in the United States. Beyond being a major city, LA’s diverse geographic environment aligns perfectly with Salomon’s brand identity. Models like the XT-6 and XT-4 allow Angelenos to lead active lives without sacrificing fashion.
