Andrew Rizzo Doraemon’s sneaker portfolio might not be as stacked as other Japanese anime franchises, but Fujiko Fujio’s iconic character has quietly built a respectable résumé over the years. Notable highlights include a Reebok Instapump Fury in 2017 and two Converse collabs earlier this year — not to mention unofficial Doraemon-inspired Nike SB Dunks and Air Force 1s. Now, following in the footsteps of other legendary anime series, Doraemon has teamed up with Crocs for a special take on the Classic Clog.
Compared to collabs like the Darth Vader Crocs and Grinch Crocs, these are surprisingly minimal. The Croslite foam upper remains untouched, dressed entirely in Doraemon’s signature light blue. The heel strap nods to the robotic cat’s red collar, complete with a gold “bell,” while co-branding hits the footbed. Six Jibbitz charms are included — three featuring character designs and three referencing iconic Doraemon gadgets: the Anywhere Door, Dorayaki, and the Time Machine.
