Nike Brings The Air Max 95 Into The World Of Golf

A "South Beach" look is coming soon.

Nike Brings The Air Max 95 Into The World Of Golf

The market for fashionable golf shoes is at an all-time high, and Nike has made it a mission to transform its most popular Air Max models for the green. Following golf-ready reinterpretations of the Air Max 1, Air Max 90, and Air Max Plus in recent seasons, the Beaverton brand is now rather predictably giving 2025’s hottest Air Max silhouette the golf treatment as well.

The Air Max 95, currently in the midst of a strong run of “big bubble” styles celebrating its 30th anniversary, is now retooled for the sport of golf. The upper largely retains the familiar formula of the standard model, though the cut is slightly slimmer and the tongue features a more open mesh material. The midsole, meanwhile, borrows directly from the polarizing Air Max 95 Ultra — a sleeker, more modern take that first debuted in 2015. Everything has been narrowed down, including the Air bubble and the sculpted midsole, while a rugged, spikeless tread pattern enhances traction on all types of terrain.

As for the colorway, Peony and Dusty Cactus overlays create a subtle “South Beach” vibe — fitting for Florida, the state with the most golf courses in the U.S. and year-round tee times. Soft Volt Tint accents hit the eyelets, while white and Anthracite balance out the design.

No release date for the Air Max 95 Golf has been announced yet, but a Holiday 2025 or Spring 2026 debut seems most likely. See official images below and keep our Sneaker Release Dates page bookmarked for updates.
